Opening hours for visitors

Saturday, October 27th 2012, 9.30 am – 6.30 pm
Sunday, October 28th 2012, 7 am – 6 pm

Exhibitors are admitted one hour before the trade fair begins and can remain up to one hour after it ends. Please show your exhibitor pass at the entrance.

Build up

Thursday, October 25th 2012, 7 am – 10 pm
Friday, October 26th 2012, 7 am – 1 pm 

Dismantling

Sunday, October 28th 2012 6 pm – midnight
Monday, October 29th 2012 midnight – 6 pm

Please note:

In some cases, the building-up times may be extended if a written application is submitted.

Booth area 12-29 sqm 130,00/sqm
Booth area 30-79 sqm 125,00/sqm
Booth area >80 sqm 115,00/sqm

There is an environmental charge of 2,50/sqm in addition to the booth rent.

Early booking discount of 10% till 1st of Mai 2012
